As someone who has struggled with weight issues all my life, I was constantly trying this and that just to try and be healthy. As an overweight child, I grew way to familiar with all the fat kid jokes. Once I reached the summer of my 14th year, I decided to take my health into my own hands. Bulimia Nervosa became my go to for control and “getting my weight under control” I was no longer seen as the fat kid! I was thin, beautiful and got lots of compliments from many friends and family. Little did they know how I was accomplishing this “UNHEALTHY” weight loss. Fortunately the Lord intervened after 5 years of self sabotage and closed my mouth to purging every bite of food I would put into my body. After years of struggling with diet pills, almost every “fad diet” that came around, I have finally conquered the weight loss weight gain struggle. I too can help you reach a Nutritious Lifestyle.
