Cancellation Policy

Arrival Time:  We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out our client profile necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs.

Cancellation Policy:  Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 48 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. If your appointment is not canceled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy is also applied to gift card and certificate holders. Reservation made less than 48 hours in advance may not be canceled and are considered as confirmed as soon as they are booked. Please note that these policies are implemented to reserve your time slot as well as the time slot for a guest that immediately follows your appointment time.

Late Arrival: All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. Please understand that if you arrive 20 minutes late, you will not be able to receive your service and a late fee will be applied.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients the following polices are honored.

Cancellation Policy

Our Gift Certificates have a one year expiration from date of purchase. In order to hold your scheduled appointments we require a credit card number on file. Your card will not be charged until service is received or in the case of less than 48 hour cancellation notice or no show. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals, nor can we extend the spa service time for a late arrival.
